I grew up passionate about all kind of sports and my dream was to become an athlete myself. while working hard on my endeavour, i realized that sports is not only about looks and physique but rather what it brings into our life, from well being, to happiness, to humility and much much more. Exercising makes us a better human beingIt is at that moment, that i decided to become a personal trainer and a running coach in order to help people feel alive through sports, like i do.

I first decided to become a personal trainer because i saw that a stronger body means a healthier body, free of injuries and pains.

Strength training doesn't only mean going to the gym and performing static weight training on machines. There’s whole range of exercises that can be done using body weight, elastics, stability ball....and that will work aspects such as balance, mobility and range of motion etc. Strength training can actually become fun!!

- Become stronger and leaner

- Become a more rounded athlete

- Perform everyday activities easier

- Lose weight

- Run with less injuries

- Become healthier and happier

Out of all the sports i have tried in my life, i picked running. I cannot describe enough how running makes me feel. Free like a bird, light like a feather, unstoppable...

Running is easy, you dont need much to do it. A pair of shoes and a right running technique!

What i offer as a running coach:

- Pose running technique which will help you run more efficiently, with less injuries and faster

- Running programs from 5k to marathon or simply help you become more fit, lose weight and have fun

- Group training sessions including running intervals and strength training exercices

- Personal training sessions one on one

-Private group trainings (2 people or more)

athlete

I love to push my limits and challenge myself every day.

This and my passion for running brought me to the life of a competitive long distance athlete.

I cannot deny the fact that being an athlete myself has helped me understand better the people i train and use my personal experience on top of my studies in order to increase my capacity as a trainer/coach.

I have competed in all distances ranging from 1500m up until the marathon (Sacramento 2015 with a Personal Best of: 2.53.54).

My favourite distance of all is the half marathon with a PB of 1.18.45 at the 2015 Rock'n Roll Philadelphia Half marathon.
